NOTE: this property is only available Saturday to Saturday. You can plan to fly into BZE Saturday and join the party; you’ll only miss the Friday night welcome party and most likely (depending on your US inbound time) the Saturday afternoon shows.
OR you may choose the “Swashbuckler’s Cove” add on specifically for this package and arrive at BZE any time Friday January 23rd with hotel shuttle pickup and delivery to Best Western Belize City (10mins from BZE). The accommodations are very nice and you’ll stay there with the other Swashbuckling Friday arrivals for a night of relaxing after a long travel day (but let’s be honest, you’re all gonna be closing down the hotel bar!) You’ll be booked on a Saturday morning (11am) flight from BZE to San Pedro where we’ll be waiting for you to check in at Steve-n-Becky’s (aka Swashbuckler’s Cove) to start your vacation. With this option, you’ll arrive in time to join the Saturday afternoon shows. Please click “Swashbuckler’s Friday add on” at the bottom of your room booking page to add this to your week’s package.
We are so excited to be able to offer this property for week one! It is literally steps from the host hotel and with only ten private cabanas, it’s a perfect location for the Pirates in our group to take over during week 1! “Steve n Becky’s” is the actual name of the property, but we’re dubbing it “Swashbuckler’s Cove” for the week. Picture 10 colorful cabanas tucked into lush vegetation centered around the pool. Quaint, very “adult summer camp’y” and perfect for the Pirate faction of our event! In addition to your own private Caribbean cabana and the many perks that come with it, you also get full use of Ramone’s property: the pool and the beach across the street and one of the nicest properties on the island. There’s also plenty of parking on site and this property is just down the street from the host hotel within walking distance. An amazing find during high season! This package also includes breakfast every morning and a welcome buffet on your arrival day. BONUS- with this package you’ll also receive two tickets for Thursday’s private Pirate Catamaran to Caye Caulker including lunch and all you can drink local beer and rum. That’s a $125 per person value in itself! Best of all, with only ten rooms, we expect the Pirates to take over the entire property…what can be more Swashbuckling than that??
VIP PIRATE PACKAGE
As with all of our trips, we like to package everything together to make your vacation planning a lot easier. This out the door price includes your room at Steve n Becky’s from Saturday to Saturday, your round trip hop flight from BZE to San Pedro (Saturday to Saturday), your Caye Caulker private catamaran Thursday (a Pirate bonus!), plus reserved seating at all of the private shows, admittance to all group activities and VIP only events for each person in your booking. Your expenses beyond this will be golf cart (optional add-on), your US flight to/from BZE, and all meals and drinks, tips and shopping you do on your own. All taxes and fees are included.
CANCELLATION POLICY SPECIFIC TO RAMONS (aka Steve n Becky’s)- Ramon’s has a much stricter cancellation policy than the other properties (likely because they have no problems selling out). Their policy is that they do not allow any cancellations after booking. If you should need to cancel before October 1st 2025, we can refund the rest of your package (minus 10%) or try and help you resell the total package, but we will not be able to refund the portion of the room fees unless we can resell the entree package once you’ve booked.
